Thats Mr. Happy on the Kingston – Edmonds ferry (in Washington State) after a motorcycle ride around Puget Sound. Spoiler Alert: Mr. Happy did visit a competitor’s store.

I named him Little Rhodey, It seems appropriate as I live in Rhode Island. I received him for Christmas and now goes to all rallies with me.
